This commitment was made during the seventh session of the Security Committee Working Group under the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, convened in Riyadh. The meeting underscored the two countries’ dedication to bolstering their strategic partnership to tackle shared challenges in the region.

The meeting was guided by Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Issa, who holds the position of Director General of Legal Affairs and International Cooperation at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior, alongside Bahrain’s Deputy Police Chief, Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa. Both leaders emphasized the importance of ongoing collaboration and explored new measures to enhance security ties further.

Throughout the discussions, Saudi and Bahraini officials examined the current state of their security coordination, identifying areas for increased cooperation. The dialogue highlighted the strong alliance between the two nations, which has been pivotal in addressing regional security issues and fostering stability in the Gulf region.
